EHappiness with The Tiny Tassel's Mimi Striplin

I am celebrating my new abstract art collection with a special series of journal posts. To expand on the "EHappy moments" that inspired the abstracts and so much of my work, I'll be sharing journal entries featuring various brands and business owners to highlight  how each finds similar moments of joy and gratitude within their days. I hope it continues to inspire you to find "EHappy" moments in your everyday as well.

And in case you missed my fun earring collaboration with The Tiny Tassel, then I am so grateful to introduce you to my friend behind the collab: Mimi! I met Mimi about 5 years ago when she was doing a pop up event with her tassel earrings and we immediately connected over all the happy and colorful things (especially the pink ones).

EHappiness with Mimi Striplin:

Tell us about yourself. Where are you from and how did you end up creating The Tiny Tassel?
I grew up in Spartanburg, SC and have called Charleston home for the last ten years. I wanted to create something that brought joy and color to the world... and started with a collection of handmade tassel earrings!

This series was inspired by what I call "EHappy moments:" the little things in our everyday worth celebrating like the feeling of clean sheets or a long walk in the sunshine. What are some of your favorite EHappy moments?
I love starting the day with a walk around our charming city- I love seeing the colorful blooms! I also love bike rides and picking up treats from my favorite bakery!

Fill in the blank: start each day with a grateful heart and finish it with: a good book!
