The last half of the year has been such a whirlwind that I forgot to write a blog post about two very important #EHhappenings!
1. PBTeen started carrying some of my illustrations this summer! They're available online and you can click here to see what they have.
2. Anthropologie now has two of my early floral acrylic paintings. You can view the two pieces here. What's WILD about these two paintings being in Anthropologie is that I painted them back in 2012 with canvases and craft paints bought at Walmart (!!!) while I was still in college. I was pretty new to painting and had probably only painted a handful of flower paintings at that time. As a senior who was incredibly sad that graduation was around the corner (like so many tears yall), I found so much peace and joy in art and painted almost every day. It's crazy to look back to that time in my life because I thought I had no idea what I was doing or where I would be after graduating.....and yet there I was painting flowers that would one day be sold in one of my favorite stores. Just goes to show that sometimes God has a plan for you even if you don't always see it in the moment.
Thanks for yalls support and have a wonderful weekend! XX
