HOW TO HAVE A BRIGHTER DAY
1. Stop to smell the flowers
2. Step outside
3. Send someone a thank you
4. Clean and tidy up part of your space---even if that means just making your bed.
5. Eat the donut
6. Unplug and meditate
7. Make a to do list and highlight the most important task
8. Get creative: paint something and write your thoughts in a journal .
10. Bake something and give it away.
