I don't know why, but I've really struggled with sleep ever since graduating from college. Does anyone else ever experience that classic "can't fall asleep but tired all day" kind of thing? I've been trying about every trick I've found on Google. So, in addition to limiting screen time at night, I've also been trying to make my bedroom a cozy, peaceful place to unwind. I've always found that the best way to elevate and brighten a room is to (of course) bring in new art. I specifically painted this beachy print (I have size 18x24) to hang above my bed both because it matches my bedding and there's something about the beach that feels really calming. Not to mention, if I ever get really desperate and decide to get a sound machine, it'll fit right in with the ocean sounds! ;)
