With all the new flowers in the shop, I thought it would be fun to share a #behindthepalette look at what inspired them. For me, it always starts with an assortment of photographs. I pick out certain parts of pictures (a peony from one bouquet and tulips from another) to form my own unique composition. At first, I'll paint the flowers while studying different photos, but, eventually, I stop looking at pictures and let the flowers naturally take on the colors that work with the rest of the bouquet.
